Facilitated by Sarah Bly, a Fertility Awareness and Sexual and Reproductive Health Educator with over 20 years of service, this class is designed to help you reach your goals of taking charge of your health and fertility by tuning in to your body’s natural cycles. Our bodies are always talking, and in this course you’ll learn how to listen and interpret your body’s messages.

This is an online class series, meeting on Mondays, 5PM - 6:30 PM PST, April 8th-May 13th, 2024. Once your payment has been received, you’ll be sent access information for the online classes (on Zoom) and to the online learning forum for class materials.
